White Man's Special

So Jen and I are sitting outside the local Starbucks enjoying a nice evening beverage. A Chinese family is sitting inside also enjoying a nice evening beverage. One of their kids (about 8 YO) is basically playing on the sidewalk with a shopping cart. I am not sure if the family is watching at all. The kid starts having a conversation with a young couple (early 20s) who are also enjoying a nice evening beverage. The couple quickly tired of the youngsters need for attention. They pick up their coffees and say goodbye, "Ciao." The kid turns to them and says, "I am not a Chow!", and stomps back inside. He hasn't traveled much I guess.
