NHL Playoffs
It is getting close to that special time of year when the NHL Playoffs begin. Already they are off to a good start, as the Maple Leafs will not taking part in the dance. Suck it, Turner. Sadly, it does not look good for the Canucks either.
On the bright side, former Vancouver GM Brian Burke and the 'Ducks are looking good especially with quotes like this:
"How would you know? When I played, you were in your third year of eighth grade."
- Ducks broadcaster and former NHL netminder Brian Hayward, who responded to Kings forward Sean Avery's remarks that he was a terrible player. Hayward accused him of running away from a confrontation last week with the Ducks' Todd Fedoruk.
